Warranty Terms

 The following warranty terms apply to the sale of Dentsupply products (hereinafter “Products”) to a purchasing company or individual by Dentsupply SIA (hereinafter “DENT”).  

DENT hereby warrants that the Products will be free from defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase by a customer from DENT.

The warranty period is exceptionally three (3) months for products with a life inherently shorter than 12 months (hereinafter “single-use” products) due to normal wear and tear (for example tips of hand instruments, tips of ultrasonic scalers, tips of endodontic files, endodontic files, hand files, implants, bonds, composites, bases etc.).

 This warranty shall not apply to Products or parts thereof:
a) which have been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident or are not connected to proper power supply;
b) to which any modification, alteration or attachment has been made without written consent of DENT;
c) which are installed or operated violating instructions for installation, use and maintenance; or
d) which are normally consumed in operation;
e) opened/used products (apply for “single-use” products). For example tips of hand instruments, tips of ultrasonic scalers, tips of endodontic files, endodontic files, hand files, implants, bonds, composites, bases etc. with obvious signs of use or not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to DENT error.

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to correct or circumvent the errors or to repair or replacement of defective parts of Products, EXW DENT’s office, providing that a written claim of the defect is sent to DENT within the warranty period and the original part is returned to DENT’s office, and DENT’s inspection establishes the existence of such a defect.

Any products not manufactured by DENT, carries only such warranty, if any, as given by any manufacturer thereof (for example Endomotors, apex locators, piezo, scanners, scalers etc.).

Notice of Defects

The Customer shall immediately inspect the goods for defects. Incomplete or incorrect deliveries and apparent defects shall be notified to DENT in writing not later than seven (7) days after receipt of the goods; latent defects and errors shall be notified immediately upon identification of the same.

How the Warranty Works?

If during the applicable warranty period Customer experiences any problems with its device that are covered by the warranty as described herein, then Client may elect to receive as follows: (a) Credit – within 45 days of request by Customer, a credit will be issued and applied to Customer’s account; or (b) Remake/Repair during the warranty period, DENT will repair/replace the device

Conditions

In order for Customer to receive the benefits of the warranty, Customer agrees as follows: (a) Customer must provide DENT with proof-of-purchase, including an invoice, filled WARRANTY CLAIM FORM and photo/video of claim (b) the device must be returned in original package (including any damaged or non-damaged pieces; and (c) shipping cost must be paid by Customer (d) the device must be used by a licensed, practicing dentist and operated by user manual

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


Instructions for Use, Storing & Handling:

It is highly recommended that the product is stored in a clean and safe environment if not used immediately.

It is also advised that there must be no contact with materials, liquids or acids that could cause disfiguration or damage to the product. The product should not be subjected to extreme heat. The devices must be used by a licensed, practicing dentist and operated by user manual.
